Model UN clubs are mostly about the Model UN- your programs, your meetings, and even your club culture will be largely defined by the activity. However, there are a few things that the leadership team of your Model UN club, often called the “Executive Board”, need to keep in mind. What is your long-term vision for the organization that your entire club can unite behind and work toward? Your vision may be anything from just having fun, to gaining 50 members, or even becoming Best Large Delegation at a major conference.
